Transition Town Totnes

THE TOTNES POUND

This short film was commissioned by Transition Town Totnes and is used in presenting their Totnes Pound project. It contains interviews with users of the Totnes Pound on the streets of Totnes and succeeds in conveying their enthusiasm with the idea.

Totnes is the UK’s first Transition Initiative, that is, a community in a process of imagining and creating a future that addresses the twin challenges of diminishing oil and gas supplies and climate change, and creates the kind of community that we would all want to be part of.
